Terms of Service
Updated October 14, 2026
These terms apply to the Dishweek website and app (dishweek.app) operated by Vimax Studio. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Dishweek is
Dishweek is a home-cooking planner. It builds a weekly menu and a grocery list from the information you give it. It is not medical advice, not a treatment and not a substitute for a doctor or a dietitian. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, agree your nutrition with a healthcare professional.
Your account
You need a valid email address. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One free week is granted per person, email and device.
The pass
The first weekly menu is free. After that, the pass costs €4.99 for 30 days and includes up to five new weekly menus, dish swaps, the grocery list and check-ins. The pass renews automatically unless you cancel it in your profile. Cancelling stops the next charge; the paid period runs to its end.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles taxes, receipts and card details; we never see your card number.
Fair use
Menus are built by a language model and reviewed by automatic checks. Treat quantities, calories and allergens as estimates and read labels. Do not use automated tools to extract content or overload the service.
Your content
Dishes, tags and weights you enter stay yours. You can export or delete them at any time from the profile. Deleting the account removes all your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (invoices).
Liability
Dishweek is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Vimax Studio is not liable for indirect damages or for consequences of following a menu without medical supervision where supervision was required. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes and contact
